3w2 or 3w4?
Next to a 3w4, a 3w2 is more outgoing and more focused on people. A 3w4 tends to work more privately and wants their achievements to feel true to who they are. A 3w2 tends to work through relationships and wants their achievements to mean something to others. Both care about how they're seen, but the 3w2 is more likely to ask whether people like them, and the 3w4 whether the work is any good.
