Type 3, The Striver

Goal-focused and adaptable, they work to become the best version of themselves.

Threes are built for getting things done. They set goals, read what a situation calls for and adapt to meet it, often with an energy that lifts the people around them. Beneath the drive is a wish to feel valuable, and a worry that they only count when they're succeeding.

They bring focus, confidence and a knack for turning plans into results. What trips them up is how easily their sense of worth gets tied to what they achieve and how they look. Slowing down, and letting people see them without the polish, can feel risky, but it's often where they find real rest.

Core desire
To make something of themselves and be admired for it.
Core fear
Falling short in front of others and being seen as a failure.
