Type 7, The Adventurer

Upbeat and quick, they chase new experiences and keep life full of options.

Sevens are quick, curious and hungry for life. They love new ideas, new places and plans to look forward to, and their energy tends to lift a room. Behind it is a wish to be free and happy, and a dislike of feeling stuck or let down.

They bring optimism, fun and a gift for seeing how ideas fit together. When things turn painful, though, they may rush on to the next plan rather than stay with what hurts. Learning to slow down and go deep, instead of always going wide, helps them find the satisfaction they're after.

Core desire
To enjoy life to the full, with plenty of good things ahead.
Core fear
Being stuck with pain or boredom and nothing to look forward to.
