How the Four wing colours the Striver
A Four wing gives the Three's drive more depth. Threes with this wing still want to do well and be seen to do well, but they also want the work to feel like theirs. 3w4 or 3w2?
Next to a 3w2, a 3w4 is quieter and more inward. A 3w2 tends to succeed through people, with warmth and encouragement, and enjoys being liked along the way. A 3w4 tends to succeed through focus and craft, and wants the result to truly reflect them. Both adapt to what's needed, but the 3w4 is more likely to resist when adapting starts to feel false.
